Europa Hotel is a 250-room hotel that will be the first high-rise building of its kind in Fremont, California. The curved form of the tower is mirrored on the ground floor by a curved avenue, cutting through the hotel volume to create a dynamic public space at the podium level and a drop-off loop for the hotel. The building podium combines the traditional and modern design languages of Europe into a new, exciting development in the growing city of Fremont. A physical interface is created by the avenue cut at the podium between the hotel and adjacent retail complexes of the India Village and The Heart, drawing the crowd into the activated plaza of Europa Hotel.
