Project Scope:

Modernization, Tenant Improvement, New Sanctuary / Offices / & Classrooms

Oakland Christian Fellowship is a tenant improvement project for a Christian congregation in Oakland, California. The project involved a complete rearrangement of interior spaces in order to provide the congregation with a new sanctuary hall, offices, conference rooms, and classrooms. A linear lobby at the front is designed to be an inviting space that funnels people into the sanctuary hall, which is central to the project’s interior space. The sanctuary hall is a glassy box space that features translucent, patterned glass in order to provide both natural lighting and privacy for the sacred space.
