The project involved substantial renovation, seismic retrofit, and exterior facade redesign. The Globe retail development and the Pacifica Village takes on Asian cultural influences as part of its thematic design. The retail tenants that are planned for Pacifica Village cater to the predominantly Asian demographics of Fremont and surrounding cities.
