Located in the dynamic Koreatown-Northgate (KoNo) neighborhood, Samwon is a 72,000 SF mixed-use, midrise development with retail and residential components. The urban-infill building is located on a corner site and takes advantage of prominent street frontages along Telegraph Avenue. The ground level commercial retail spaces are set in the KoNo district corridor, which is quickly becoming a destination for food and art enthusiasts. Samwon houses 30 residential units in total each with contemporary interior finishes such as wood-grained luxury vinyl-tile (LVT), smooth concrete, and acoustical gypsum board. Additionally, large corner units feature retractable doors that slide into the wall to offer flexibility in the floor plan. Balconies for each unit overlook the dynamic KoNo street life below, which regularly holds events and activities such as the City of Oakland’s First Friday event. The residential complex features spacious 1,800 SF three-bedroom corner units, and 2-bedroom units ranging from 1,200 SF to 1,300 SF.
