Project Scope:

Master Planning, Modernization, Interior Design

Master Planning studies for this 8-acre college campus were critical for transforming the old industrial buildings into a modern college campus for seminarians. The variety of different programs includes a library/multi-media center, lecture rooms, multi-purpose hall, student union, dormitories for men and women, faculty and administrative offices, assembly hall, athletic fields and concession pavilion as well as numerous plazas, walkways and parking lots. SIM Architects not only provided a master plan that was well received by the staff, but completed all phases of the project from programming and design through construction administration with exceptional services. An expansion and redesign of the existing Student Lounge was recently completed.
