SIM Architects has extensive experience working on various commercial / retail / mixed-use projects around the Bay Area. More recently, in the city of Fremont, California we worked on Europa Hotel, a new luxury hotel that anchors a major retail development. This iconic high-rise hotel houses commercial and other mixed-use program in its podium. A curving avenue creates an exciting public space and represents an abstract void that mirrors the volume of the curving hotel tower above. This project will help the curb-side appeal and visibility of the adjacent Globe development, turning it into a world-class destination.
